Eurostat ascertains in one of its analyses that Bulgaria has leading position in terms of the growth pace in the protection of two types of intellectual property : EU trade- marks and design applications. Between 2000 and 2015 Bulgaria and Romania are the EU countries with highest growth pace of protection of trade marks-41%.
