"IMRO does not recognize the election results in Turkey. It wants the election results in Bulgaria’s southern neighbor to be annulled due to gross violation of the election law through pre-filled declarations, manipulation of tally sheets, etc”, said the party’s Deputy Chairman and MEP Angel Dzhambazki.

On this occasion, IMRO will lodge an application with the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Prosecutor's Office and all institutions that can refer the matter to the Constitutional Court. According to Angel Dzhambazki, the possible annulment of the elections in Turkey will not help his party enter the new Parliament, but may change the order of political forces in the National Assembly and improve the result of Democratic Bulgaria.
