Earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale registered in Greece

An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale has been registered on Sunday morning in Greece, announced the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre, quoted by BGNES.

The epicenter of the quake was 90 kilometers west of the town of Patras and 11 kilometers south of the Island of Ithaca. The earthquake occured at a depth of 5 kilometers.

There have been no reports of casualties or material damages.
