Nearly 240 children are taking part in the festival, which is being held under the patronage of President Rumen Radev. The organizer of the event is the Association "Encouragement and support of children's talents - Vega".
"As a state and society, we are indebted to these people. You are not the invisible people of Bulgaria. If we want to be a developed country, we must seek and encourage your potential," Iotova said.
In her greeting, the Vice President also pointed out that all Bulgarian children are special and adults should support and motivate them, teach them the best life lessons so they could become worthy citizens of Bulgaria tomorrow.
