On the basis of a signal and a media publication, the Specialized Prosecutor's Office is checking whether former caretaker Minister of Economy Kiril Petkov has committed a crime. When Kiril Petkov becomes a candidate for an MP for the November 14 elections, he will be immune from criminal prosecution.
