Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev voices condolences over the death of former Greek President Karolos Papoulias

The Bulgarian head of state Rumen Radev has expressed his condolences on the death of the former Greek President Karolos Papoulias. 

"For us, he will leave the memory of a great friend of Bulgaria, who laid the foundations of modern Bulgarian-Greek relations in a difficult period of development of our neighbouring and friendly countries," Rumen Radev wrote. He also highlighted the great diplomatic abilities of Karolos Papoulias who left a bright mark in international circles.
