President Radev’s fourth caretaker cabinet to be sworn in today

Today, the fourth caretaker cabinet appointed by President Rumen Radev will be sworn in. This is the 100th government of Bulgaria. Bulgaria’s head of state Radev is expected to present the tasks and priorities of the new caretaker cabinet at an official ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall in the Presidency building.

President Radev appointed former Labor Minister Galab Donev to lead the new interim cabinet. Galab Donev was born in Sofia on February 28, 1967. He was a caretaker Minister of Labor and Social Policy in President Radev’s interim government appointed in January 2017. From May 2021 until December 2021, Donev served as caretaker Deputy Premier for Economic and Social Policy and Minister of Labor and Social Policy.
