Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Wednesday, January 18

Dangerous wind warning, code orange in eight regions

Wednesday remains windy, with strong southerly winds. There will be significant cloud cover and rain over the south parts of the mountains. It will remain warm, especially in eastern areas. Minimum temperatures will be 7-12°C, maximum 15-20°C. In Sofia the minimum temperature will be 5°C and the maximum - 15°C. 

Along the Black Sea coast, temperatures will be 13 to 18°C. The sea water temperature is 8-9°C. The sea swell is up to 4. 

Over the mountains it will be cloudy with rain showers, above 1,800 meters it will snow. Winds will be strong to hurricane force in the high and open areas. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be 5°C, at 2,000 m - 0°C. 

On Thursday it will be warm, but precipitation will start from the west
