This is what Navy Commander Rear Admiral Kiril Mihaylov and Fleet Admiral Velko Velkov said in Varna, quoted by BNT. They lead the national naval exercise "Breeze 2023", in which representatives of 13 countries participate until October 22. The participants in the exercise are warned to be especially careful.
