Bulgaria supports Montenegro on path to EU and NATO

Bulgaria will work to support Montenegro in order to join the European Union and NATO as soon as possible, said Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev during the second and final day of his official visit to Montenegro. Together with Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic, President Plevneliev also called for joint efforts when it comes to promoting the cultural heritage of both countries. The two presidents visited the historic town of Kotor, a friend town of Bulgaria’s Nessebar. We will do our best to make a link between our people, culture, tourist attractions, museums, said the Bulgarian Head of State. President Plevneliev and his counterpart marked the 10th year since the tragedy near the Lim River in which in a road accident 12 Bulgarian children died.
