If I have to defend the stability in Bulgaria, I am ready to form a third caretaker cabinet. However, I hope that we would avoid such a scenario, Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev said. Bulgaria’s head of state Plevneliev made this announcement on occasion of the debate between the political parties represented at the National Assembly about the electoral rights of the Bulgarians living abroad. President Rossen Plevneliev pointed out that the Bulgarian cabinet should not fall as a result of that debate and voiced hopes that the political parties would take a responsible decision which would guarantee stability in the country and would be in favor of the right of the Bulgarians to vote.
