The agreement between Bulgaria and Turkey on returning foreign nationals who cross illegally the state border ensured calm for Bulgaria, Premier Boyko Borissov said. Premier Borissov inspected on Sunday the process of construction of the new border fence at the Bulgarian-Turkish border.
