Football legend Hristo Stoichkov has voiced his joy over the news that CSKA FC is back to the national First Professional League. The famous club currently run by businessman Grisha Ganchev, has received a long-awaited confirmation from the Bulgarian Football Union that it will be among the 14th in the First League.
