Prices of Bulgarian properties with higher increase than EU average

The prices of the Bulgarian properties have seen a higher increase as compared to the EU average. In the first trimester of 2016 the price of the real estates in that country increased with 1.1% as compared to the last quarter of 2015, when the property prices saw a significant increase to the tune of 3.1%. The real estate prices in Bulgaria saw a 4.5% increase year on year in the period January-March 2016, whereas the average increase in the EU was 3.5%. The property prices in the Eurozone saw highest annual increase in the past eight years.
