Bulgaria and Turkey discuss measures to combat nodular dermatitis

In Sofia, Bulgaria and Turkey have discussed opportunities for cooperation within the framework of the 12th meeting of the Agricultural Committee meeting between the two countries. It was announced that in September in Sofia an international forum would be held and it would discuss measures to limit and control the nodular dermatitis disease. "Our goal is to discuss changes to the existing EU legislation on measures to combat the disease in order to be more effective and to minimize economic losses for affected countries," Dr. Damyan Iliev, CEO of the Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety said. He expressed his satisfaction with cooperation with Turkey fighting the disease.
