Diplomat and outgoing representative at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Lyubomir Ivanov, will lead the National Centre for preparation of the Bulgarian presidency of the EU Council in 2018. 15 civil servants will be working in the center in 2016 and during the presidency the team will grow to 50 people.
