The participation of Bulgarian tennis player Tsvetana Pironkova at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro has ended. In the first round of the Olympic tennis tournament Pironkova lost 6:1, 4:6, 2:6 against German Laura Siegemund. 28-year-old Prironkova won easily the first set and led 2:1 in the second, but Siegemund managed to win.
