Murad Hamid who was detained at the Bulgarian-Turkish border on a European arrest warrant, issued by the High Court of Paris on suspicion of terrorist activity, has asked to be extradited from Bulgaria.
Hamid has three days in which he can retract his application for immediate extradition, after which the Sofia City Court will rule whether he is to be extradited.
