Bulgaria has handed businessman Abdullah Buyuk who is wanted by Ankara, over to Turkey on the basis of the Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria Act, as Buyuk has outstayed his authorised period of residence.
According to the Turkish authorities Abdullah Byuyk has close ties with Fethullah Gulen, accused by Turkey of organizing the attempted military coup in the country on 15 July.
