The third preliminary vote in the procedure for the election of the new United Nations Secretary General will be held at the Security Council on 29 August, Ramlan Bin Ibrahim, Permanent Representative of Malaysia to the UN and chairing the Security Council, has been quoted as saying by TASS and BTA.
