Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisosv has announced that during the talks between him and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, which took place in Berlin, he warned that a new wave of refugees was on the horizon and that Bulgaria would not accept migrants from Western Europe until there was a working readmission agreement with Turkey.
