Bulgaria has been planning to spend 1.07 million euros in 2018 to finance development projects in the Western Balkans. This is what the medium-term program for development assistance and humanitarian aid, which the government has adopted in early August, envisages, BGNES reported. Financing used for the same purpose in 2016 was 816,000 euros.
