Bulgaria’s GDP marks 3% increase

According to preliminary data of the National Statistical Institute, the gross domestic product of Bulgaria increased with 3%, as compared to the same period last year and with 0.7% as compared to the first trimester of 2016. The GDP grew with 2.9% year on year in the first quarter and with 0.7% as compared to the previous quarter. The country’s GDP in the second trimester amounted to EUR 11.205 billion, or EUR 1.568 per capita.
