A total of 125 people were detained while attempting to illegally cross the border with Serbia, while 38 other migrants were arrested while trying to enter Bulgaria from Turkey. According to the BGNES, a fully equipped Hungarian police contingent, having thermographic cameras, will be patrolling the Serbian-Bulgarian border. This is what Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has announced. The Serbian minister has also pointed out that Belgrade had requested assistance from the Austrian and French police. According to Stefanovic, additional foreign forces would contribute to stability and security of the state borders.
