The recommendation of ruling party GERB to support changes in the Electoral Code, that are to abolish the restriction on opening of maximum of 35 polling stations in other countries, is the main topic of today's press. Citizens there signed a declaration calling on Prime Minister Boyko Borisov to withdraw support for the agreement during tomorrow's meeting of EU leaders in Luxembourg.
"Sega" writes that during the past year about 100 people, suspected of traveling to areas controlled by the "Islamic state," have passed through Bulgaria. These were EU citizens suspected of being foreign fighters of the terrorist organization.
