We are to sign a concession contract for the mineral baths in Bankya municipality, director of Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise Ivo Marinov announced. Currently, the enterprise is negotiating with a German pension company, which is planning to use the public bath on concession in the next 35 years and turn it into spa center. Part of the building will be turned into a hotel.
