Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev signed a decree on the promulgation of the amendments to the Election Code. On Wednesday Bulgaria’s MPs adopted final amendments to that code which lifted the restriction of 35 polling stations in EU countries. The National Assembly also decided that the “none of the above” votes will be considered valid when counting the election results on Presidential and local elections.
