The Interior Ministry has stated that all conditions have been created so that draining the fuel tanks in Hitrino will carry a minimal risk for the people carrying out the operation. During a thorough inspection of the houses it was ascertained that some stone surfaces were heated; they have been drenched in foam to prevent any risk of incidents.
