Commenting on the murder of Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov, President Rosen Plevneliev strongly condemned the terrorist attack and said there was no legitimate cause that justified radicalism and killing people and that such attacks must meet firm opposition from the democratic community.
