A fifteenth outbreak of bird flu (or avian influenza) has been found in Bulgaria. Regions with incidence of bird flu include Vidin, Vratsa, Sofia Province, Plovdiv and others. With the cooperation of the Ministry of Interior and the State Agency for National Security a special checking regime has been introduced for all vehicles in the three kilometer protection zone surrounding farms with bird flu outbreaks.
