Protesters block traffic at E-79 international road downtown Kresna

Protesters blocked for nearly one hour the traffic at E-79 international road downtown Kresna (Southwest Bulgaria). The local people expressed their discontent aginst the lack of adequate actions by the state authorities aimed at boosting road safety in Kresna town center where a series of heavy road accident with many victims often occur. The protesters said they were ready to set up a tent protest camp at the busy international road connecting Bulgaria and Greece, if the state institutions do not react promptly and fail to meet their demands.
