51 passenger trains were cancelled due to the lack of locomotives, the Bulgarian State Railways-Passenger Services told the Bulgarian National Radio. Fast and express trains will stop at some railway stations to serve more passengers, if possible. The State Railways can not offer the passengers bus transport instead, because the bus companies refuse to do that service due to snowy roads which obstruct transportation.
