Friends and relatives of 36-year old motorcyclist Ivailo Andreev who was killed three years ago in a road accident with an international heavy goods vehicle near Byala, organized a protest against the ruling of the Rousse district prosecutor’s office.
The bikers came out in protest against the court ruling that Ivailo Andreev was responsible for his own death and demanded that the Court of Appeals in Veliko Turnovo review the data and the evidence and return an adequate ruling.
