At a conference held under to motto Entrepreneurship for Growth the European Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs Elżbieta Bieńkowska announced that Bulgaria places second in the EU ranking in terms of European funds absorbed by small and medium-sized companies.
