Bulgaria's citizens will not be able to vote via electronic voting machines at the forthcoming early Parliamentary elections on March 26, because on Saturday evening the Central Election Commission scrapped the offer of the only company that applied for the public procurement order. According to CEC, the bidder is unable to deliver the voting machines to Bulgaria by March 10 and install the software by March 17.
