In 2017 Bulgaria will receive direct payments of up to EUR 750 million from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund. The budget exceeds EUR 1 billion, if the money under three schemes for transitional national aid and some of the financial measures of the Rural Development Programme is added to that amount, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Agriculture and Food announced.
