The decision of the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Water to skip an environmental impact assessment of the management plan of Pirin National Park was hasty, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev announced in the social networks. In that respect President Radev insisted that caretaker Premier Ognyan Gerdzhikov and caretaker Minister of Environment and Water Irina Kostova should find a responsible solution that guarantees public interest.
