A meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council was held in Brussels with the participation of the foreign and defence ministers. Bulgaria was represented by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Stefan Yanev and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomir Ivanov.
