Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev who attends the European Council sitting in Brussels stood in support of the EU fundamental values-unity and solidarity and warned that the EU may transform from a union of principles and values into a union of haggling and bargains. President Radev again underlined that Bulgaria was against the idea of a multi-speed Europe and the division of the union into core and periphery.
