Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has talked over the phone with European Council President Donald Tusk to acquaint him with ongoing work for the snap parliamentary elections due later this month, as well as with tensions that have emerged in bilateral relations with Turkey resulting from the latter’s interference in the election process and Bulgaria’s domestic affairs.
