The first Bulgarian communication private satellite BulgariaSat-1 owned by Bulsatcom company is to be sent into orbit from Cape Canaveral Space Center in Florida. The only Bulgarian satellite Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300 which was sent into orbit back in 1981 is no longer active.
