The migrant accommodation centers in Bulgaria are not working at their full capacity, Dnevnik daily announces based on official data. On one hand this is due to the fact that migration flow through Bulgaria has decreased. On the other hand, the migrants accommodated at those centers have been leaving them willfully. According to statistics provided by the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior, 60 foreign nationals left the migrant centers last week only. Meanwhile, forty migrants who attempted to enter that country illegally were detained. Seven foreign nationals were detained while trying to leave Bulgaria. In July a total of 360 illegal migrants were detained on Bulgarian territory and 317 migrants left the Bulgarian migrant accommodation centers.
