Germany will support Bulgaria’s efforts to guarantee the security of the EU external borders, Germany’s President Frank-Walter Steinmeier assured his Bulgarian counterpart Rumen Radev before the start of the 13th annual meeting of Arraiolos Group Presidents in Malta’s capital Valetta.
