Pilots of light aircraft and paragliders gather on Saturday near the coastal resort of Sunny Beach to take part at the first light aircraft forum in Bulgaria. The two-day event includes discussions on various topics and debates on proposals for legislative amendments. Not all airfields used by amateur pilots must be certified, Colonel Tsvetan Doganov who works for the Bulgarian Air Forces contends. There are hundreds of unlicensed airfields in England, Wales and Scotland for instance.
