Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and Greece negotiated to work as one for the prosperity of the Balkans, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov said after the quadrilateral meeting in Varna with Greece’s Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, Romania’s Premier Mihai Tudose and Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic. Bulgaria, Romania and Greece will try to speed up the process of Serbia’s accession to the European Union to the advantage of the security of the Balkans and the global security as a whole, Boyko Borissov said.
