Ditmir Bushati: Albania will not put obstacles before citizens identifying themselves as Bulgarians

Albania will not put obstacles before citizens who want to identify themselves as ethnic Bulgarians. This was what Albania's Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati told Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva. We recall that Albania has been preparing a draft Minority Protection Act, which does not include the Bulgarian minority. Zaharieva has had talks with Bushati in the framework of the four-party meeting of Foreign Ministers from Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece and Albania, which has taken place in Thessaloniki.
