The National Assembly Committee on Internal Security and Public Order has approved a proposal according to which, highly-qualified personnel from non-EU countries should receive a Blue Card under alleviated regime. The Bulgarian Socialist Party was against this decision. The Bulgarian employers should not only demand from the government to open the labor market for non-EU citizens, but also raise wages of the Bulgarian employees, the socialists commented. The National Assembly now has to vote the decision of the Committee on Internal Security and Public Order.
