Bulgaria and 22 other Member States have signed a joint notification to launch Permanent Structured Co-operation. The official ceremony took place within the framework of the Foreign Affairs Council, which was held in Brussels.
On the Bulgarian side, the notification was signed by Deputy Prime Ministers Ekaterina Zaharieva and Krassimir Karakachanov.
