Special services reveal embezzlement in Bulgarian hospitals

Major embezzlement and frauds in Bulgarian hospitals have been revealed during a special operation of special services and the State Agency for National Security. 

Results of the operation have already been discussed at a working meeting with Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. Minister of Interior Valentin Radev told reporters that more details will be disclosed during a special press conference.

Meanwhile, head of Bulgaria's Chief Directorate "Combating Organized Crime," Ivaylo Spiridonov, said that a criminal network, involved in exporting medicines needed by Bulgarian cancer patients, was busted. During the operation police searched over 60 adressess across the country.
