The Neighborhood and Friendship Agreement between the Republic of Macedonia and Bulgaria should be ratified by the parliaments of both countries as soon as possible. That is what Vice President Iliana Yotova said at a meeting in Skopje with Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev. The Neighborhood Agreement has encouraged Macedonia to find a solution to the name issue with Greece, Zaev said.
